Brand Rights & Trade Mark Notice

Public notice of claimed Cynevor™ brand rights, trade mark intention, copyright ownership and permitted references.

1. Public Notice of Brand Claim

Cynevor™ and Cynevor Group™ have been publicly presented as founder-led brand identities connected with a planned technology, innovation and community-focused business group from at least 2 June 2026, including through website materials, domain names, social media planning, product planning documents, internal development materials and pre-launch communications.

2. Current Ownership

The Cynevor™ name, Cynevor Group™ name, logos, visual identity, website content, written copy, interface concepts, design materials, product concepts, business concepts, domain names, social media handles, launch materials and related brand assets are currently owned by the founder, David Christopher White, unless otherwise stated.

The Cynevor business has not yet been formally incorporated. Until formal incorporation and assignment are completed, references to Cynevor, Cynevor Group™, or Cynevor Group Ltd, if and when incorporated, are preparatory brand references and should not be read as confirmation that a registered company currently owns the brand assets.

3. Trade Mark Notice

We use the ™ symbol to indicate that trade mark rights are claimed in the Cynevor™ and Cynevor Group™ names and associated brand identity.

A formal UK trade mark application may be prepared and submitted for relevant goods and services connected with technology services, software development, mobile applications, digital platforms, business incubation, investment support, education and training services, community impact initiatives, charitable or foundation-linked programmes, consultancy, online services, software-as-a-service, brand development and related commercial activities.

No use of the registered trade mark symbol should appear unless and until a relevant trade mark has been formally registered.

4. Brand Assets Covered

This notice applies to the Cynevor™ name, Cynevor Group™ name, logos, icons, favicons, colour palette, typography choices, slogans, visual identity, website layouts, website copy, product descriptions, business model descriptions, social media identities, domain names, launch materials, internal planning materials and other original brand assets.

5. No Licence Granted

Nothing on this website grants any licence, permission or right to use the Cynevor™ name, Cynevor Group™ name, logo, visual identity, website content, business concepts, product concepts, social media handles, domain names or related brand assets without prior written permission from the rights owner.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not copy, imitate, register, use, reproduce, adapt or create confusingly similar branding, names, logos, domain names, social media handles, business identities, product names, commercial materials or digital services connected with Cynevor™ or Cynevor Group™.

You must not use, apply for, register or attempt to register any name, logo, domain name, social media handle, company name, product name or branding that is identical or confusingly similar to Cynevor™, Cynevor Group™ or any associated brand identity, or that could mislead users into believing there is an association, endorsement, partnership or common ownership.

You must not scrape, copy, reproduce, clone, reverse engineer or systematically extract content, layouts, data structures, written materials, interface patterns, product plans, business concepts or brand materials from this website or any Cynevor-related service for the purpose of creating a competing, misleading or confusingly similar product, company, service or brand.

8. Evidence of Development and Use

We maintain dated records of the development and use of the Cynevor™ and Cynevor Group™ brands, including domain registrations, website publication records, design files, source code commits, planning documents, social media records, launch materials, correspondence and related communications.

9. Third-Party Trade Marks

References to third-party companies, platforms, services, products, logos or trade marks are for descriptive, informational, compatibility, comparison or nominative purposes only.

Cynevor™ is independent and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any third-party company, platform or brand unless expressly stated.

10. Permitted References

You may refer to Cynevor™ or Cynevor Group™ in normal editorial, commentary, review, news, discussion or factual contexts, provided that the reference is accurate, fair, non-misleading and does not imply endorsement, partnership, representation or ownership.

You may not use the Cynevor™ name, Cynevor Group™ name, logo, visual identity or confusingly similar branding in a way that suggests you own, operate, represent or are affiliated with Cynevor without written permission.

11. Reporting Misuse

If you become aware of any unauthorised use of the Cynevor™ name, Cynevor Group™ name, logo, visual identity, domain name, social handle, written materials or confusingly similar branding, please contact us with details, links, screenshots and dates.

12. Future Company Ownership

Cynevor Group Ltd, if and when incorporated, is intended as a future company connected with the Cynevor project. Until formal registration and assignment are completed, references to Cynevor Group Ltd, if and when incorporated, are preparatory only and do not state or imply that a registered company currently owns the Cynevor™ brand assets.

Following incorporation, the founder may assign, transfer or license relevant brand rights, copyrights, trade mark applications, trade mark registrations, domain names, social media handles and related intellectual property to Cynevor Group Ltd, if and when incorporated, or another associated legal entity.
